when a Play a battle, server close my connection about every 4-5 minutes and I'have to refresh two times the page of the browser (F5) I'm playing from italy, someone knows why happen this? Happen to someone else? There some way to solve this problem, some server test, set up my router? other? please help me ciao bizzale alessandro

since 7 days, when I play in a battle about every 5 minutes, server take me out. What's happening with the servers? ciao

I started a battle from the beginning. Our team won 2 vs 0. I did the two points/flags. I destroied 31 tanks and I was destroied 19 times and I was the best of my team: at the end I had 9 points/diamonds, a companion 58! I cannot understand in which way is the points attribuition. I remember a match, weeks ago, that happened the inverse: I had more points than a companion that plaied better. Maybe there is something wrong in the score attribuition? back from summer holidays, today I tried to login in tankionline, I write my user and password I saw some bullets run from the left to the right then anything else I tried many times unsuccefull what happen? ciao alex

many times the connection with the server goes down. Last time I played for 45 minutes, less then 15 seconds to the battle end my connection with tankionline.com went down and I loose diamonds. But my connection was up and I'm writing in the same connection session. It's happen to me many times. I can play only 15 minutes battles, so if connection goes down i loose few diamonds. What is wrong with your server connection? please do something.

I bought a prepayd card in Italy, the most used: Postepay an elektron Visa card, I tried to buy crystal but it was not accepted... you don't want i use paypal... i don't know how I can buy Crystal by a sure system or without high commission like western union. When I played with Dark orbit i payed about 100,00 euros per month. With Tankionline I should like to do the same, but I cannot. For me this is very strange: you can own money, but you don't want. I shuold like to buy 15.000 diamonds each month, but I cannot beacuse you don't want to use Pay Pal. For me this is incredible. You want I use western union or other with 20% and more of commission ( I send 70 euros I pay 14!) with the risk of loosing money! I think you are loosing not only my money. If I can pay with Pay pal I buy cristal and until know (three monthes) I could have spend about 100 Euros. You don't want to use pay pal for the high commission, ok! but you don't own from many gamers from western europe that, as me, use ONLY, pay pal. I hope you start to use Pay pal so I acn give a contribute and i can grown with my tank. Finally you don't sell real things but virtual diamonds, that don't cost anything to you...
