As for me i say dictator is better for rail, but I suppose it's not bad with thunder too(ofc you should have thunder m2 minimum). So it's not easy decision. Dictator's heigh is very convenient for sandbox and kungur, but dictator is rather easy target. viking is easier to use and more stable
