We pay twice! Guys, I speak Russian but I live outside. Several times I put money in TO. It is easy to use PayPal for me, but through PayPal they accept only dollars, I could not understand why, because PayPal can convert to rubles or other currency. Then, I understand the payment in dollars is twice than in rubbles. Yes, guys, we have to pay more money because we pay in dollars or in euro than players who pay in rubbles. I don’t think it is fair!
