Here are my key problems with this game: 1) You have lag, hang and processor problems due to Flash being buggy and suffering reliability problems. At crucial moments you are either disconnected, frozen or booted out by the platform. Hugely frustrating when playing. (I have the latest top spec Macintosh computer btw so it is not a computer age problem.) 2) If any of the above do not happen (which is rare), you can play a game for sometimes a long time and it is then it is taken over by players who move in large groups and they quickly steal high amounts of crystals from legitimate players who have been playing for a long time - this happens time and time again and should be stopped. (Rules and strategies in place to prevent this abuse of the game such as score dictates crystal award if players are detected to be new joiners) This must be frustrating for so many players... 3) The introduction EN, RU, DE servers is pointless. I'm English and there barely is ever a decent game for my rank on the EN servers, making the whole segregation defunct. If this development was to help server load balancing, then I suggest having battle servers grouped by rank or map type would be more useful. 4) The UX implementation of how to enter or leave a battle is counter intuitive. Why should a player have to go to another battle to come out of the current one. Instead make the space where there is no button at bottom of the opposing team - blue team if you are on red team for example, say 'leave this battle' rather then have nothing. That way you can not only switch sides much more easily within any given battle, you also you don't have to go to another battle to leave the current one. If you have to keep the functionality the way it is now, can I suggest you you have one button with a duel function to save users having to click on two buttons to leave one battle and enter another. The text on the button would say something like, 'Leave current battle, join this one' and then undertake two functions. 5) The adjustments to the power-ups has made the game less interesting to pro players and stopping using power ups from your garage when you collect 'in game' power-ups is the worst of this change. You should remove this function. Players should be rewarded for collecting in-game 'power-ups' not penalised... Mines should also be stand alone and not have any relativity to any other power-ups, why would you do that? It doesn't make any sense. Thanks James

Tanki, Shaft needs some serious attention for it to be a true weapon contender, I disagree it should be less powerful also. Imagine what a real sniper is: A deadly aim, shooting to kill in one shot, but also hiding... Now hiding is the missing part from this weapon. Firstly no map really caters for it, magesterial is quite good and maybe Berline but generally none. So because there are not many maps where it is a truly decent weapon to use the play needs to be adjusted hence my suggestion that a users body when in targeting mode adopts their surroundings bearig in mind they are 'shafted' because they are in the sight mode which fixes them to the spot for a bit any way. What I am suggesting is a bit like the alien in the file Predator. Or there are extra levels built around current maps on the outside quite far out where snipers can get to? Remember snipers adopt far away positions to shoot due to their weapon and style, currently this is not at all possible which is why the weapon is flawed.

Also, to add on to my reservations above, some guns and techniques allow you to get on to a ledge , for instance ricochet, thunder, sometimes rail somersaults etc With this gun - shaft - you really need to get to those places and yet it cannot help you get to them at all which is why I suggested some of the other solutions above.

Hello Tanki team, I love the new shaft gun but I have some complaints about it. Firstly, you cannot use it to shoot the ground to right yourself if you fall and land on your side - bad - this should be changed. Secondly, why should you have to wait for weapon to 'power down' as you can't shoot until it powers up, - to ceartain point as well?! - isn't that penalty enough? If you are effectively going to mobilise the tank in this way you should make the tank virtually cloaked or totally cloaked or invisible for the period. Another solution would be as soon as you let go of the space bar you're free to move and see normally. Thirdly there should be maps made that are much more sniper 'shaft gun' friendly. Fourthly there should more opportunity for shaft gunners to hide in bushes, so for example if you have a shaft gun and it goes over a small bush maybe the bush grows bigger for it. Lastly perhaps of instead of invisibility shaft gunners paint work reflects it's environment more? Snipers in the army do this by putting bushes on their head and camouflaging their weapons. OK, really lastly, if you don't action any of the aboe then you should make the weapon much more damaging for all the down sides that it currently has, you can barely use it in any normal game currently. Surely when you pick up a first aid crate it should instantly give you full health not bit by bit or get stopped by an enemy shot? Many times this has caught me out and I don't think this is fair. What do you think? -

I see this message lots of times but I don't what it is or why people do it? Does anyone know? Sometimes there is a delay or freeze in gameplay at a crucial point and then suddenly after the delay has gone a team has one, is it this? -

What do you think? I think it would be great to have a more powerful version of the classic 'smokey'? It's a classic, versatile and a lot of people like it. I think it costs too much to upgrade a lot of the other weapons and armour too. What do you think? I think you should be rewarded for spending more time on the site playing the game and so therefore the weapons cost should decrease a little when your rank improves, currently both seem to escalate, price with rank. Anyone else got any thoughts? -
Server reboot problems and game freezes

Hey has anyone else had problems with playing a game and then it freezes? Tanks go in a straight lines, just spin around and around or fall off and nothing happens. Then all the crystals you have gained are gone because you have to leave and come back and to make matters worse sometimes the opposing team get back earlier and gets lots of flags!? It's soooo frustrating! Sometimes I have played a game for 2 hours and it's happened, it feels like all that is for nothing?! Can you please look into this TANKI online? I can see that you try to move people over and remember the server path etc but in practice it doesn't often work. It may be better to divide up the crystals at the point of the server going down? Any other suggestions to fix the issues or has anyone else experienced the same frustrating issues? -
Hello, You have asked for comments on your game, well, firstly it is FANTASTIC!!! SO great to see someone actually produce such quality and playability, coupled with such expandability professionalism. Thank you! With regard to constructive feedback: I think you should show more clearly the percentage of what is loading when you are waiting. I say this as I wait for sometimes a fair while, watching for the green loading balls jump up and down rapidly - sometimes slowly but never really know how far I am in the process. Also when one unexpectedly comes out of a battle, for example, the wifi connection goes down, computer momentarily goes to sleep, power stops etc when you return to battle the controls within the battle don't work so you have to refresh the page and go back in again.
