You can buy isida at m0 and with that you can start to get a lot of exp. A lot of exp is a lot of crystalls too, because you gonna finish with a top score. But at m0, if you have not drugs, you will kill hardly. So if you wanna use isida as main weapon, upgrade it when you can, is a funny weapon. You can heal and do a lot of damage, draining HP.

:/ obviusly. If you compare dictator m2 with m3, always m3 will be the best!

If you wanna get all that crystals in one day, rest today. Tomorrow, wake up at 5am and create a 999minutes battle. If you have a little skills, you wanna win all, because a lot of players play 5 hours and leave the battle :P
