woo-hoo, good responses...personally, being of the 99% out there i think you both have valid points. too much info and aiming imagery just complicates the data stream and get's ignored, but no info as is now leads to piss-poor performance. a simple up/down pointer which would give a reference on a first round miss which you could then adjust would seem like a try to me. as in: oops, miss high, quik glance at the indicator, slap the elev control once, twice (experience here), slap fire and knock that s.o.b. staff sgt off his hi perch. would also make everyone at less of a disadvantaged target when climbing ramps after a bad guy. we've all been prey to those dead zone belly shots trying to climb up and get a bad guy.....let me know what ya'll think

as a relativley "f.n.g." was just wondering about the lack of an elevation function for our gun tubes..any real reasons why it's not a feature on the control suite? Seems to me that the ability to elevate and depress your aiming point would be an essential feature, I mean 8,000 Abrahms can't be wrong,eh? anyway, just wondering out in tankiland.
