As I have been called arrogant for my previous answer. Let me summarize both games, I have played both of them for quite some time. Actually I've played World of Tanks during the closed beta, now. TankiOnline World of Tanks Browser based Client based Downloaded when played Has to be already downloaded to be able to play Rare patches Regular patches with balancing and fixed bugs Low-end High-end Respawn No respawn No map destruction Map destruction No high-end GPU requirement Requires a good GPU Non-realistic tanks All tanks are from the World War era Non-realistc weapons All weapons are from the World War era with respectable damage Tanks don't get damaged Tanks get damaged in games and have to be repaired Ammo is not bought Ammo has to be bought after every game to resupply your count There are protective paints There are camouflage paints Average battle length is long Maximum battle length is 20 minutes Clans are not implemented in-game Clans are implemented in-game Acceptable physics engine Better physics engine with surroundings being applicable as well So simply speaking, I refuse to compare the two games if the question is "Which one is better" They are both excellent games in their own way, Tanki being the light-weight Browser based game, and World of Tanks being the heavy, Client based game.

TankiOnline is not a "realistic" situation game if you watched the "preview" picks from Tanki 2.0 you would know that. As far as I know there are no plans to limiting the weapons or tanks allowed in a specific game. Closed.
