Thunder > Freeze, This is my personal choice depending on the maps I like, However when my team requires it, i do switch to freeze, but only for defence. Your choice does not depend on which one you like, it depends on what kinds of maps you like. If you do not buy crystals, I'd prefer you buying M3 Thunder instead of Freeze, Freeze is not good in a lot of maps. Thunder is a kind of a universal gun. You can pretty much own with it on a lot of maps, not counting maps like Island of course. When it comes to Silence, Thunder can pwn and get pwned it all depends on the enemy team. When it comes to a little bigger and more balanced maps, Thunder becomes the dominant weapon just because of its splash damage and range. However, when it comes to defending, Freeze will always have the upper hand. Remember, Freeze is a low range weapon. Even if you're drugging non-stop on maps like Madness or Brest with freeze, there's a huge chance you'll be dead even before you reach the enemy base. Therefore, Choose your weapon based on the maps you like, not on the weapon you like. Even if you love to use Ricochet its not going to be any good to you on Stadium. Too long did not read Thunder > Freeze because, Thunder = good on many maps Freeze = Good on small maps, only defence on bigger maps.

Dictator is good for its higher turret X_X aka, its good in certain maps. OnTopic: Don't expect a sale just because there was one last year. The information is confidential so don't expect to find out about it in advance.
