Hello Issho, I really appreciate you comming up with something like this! I would like to give out a suggestion. As you post every monday , giving a ---VERY---- long gap to each interview, i wish the interview to be a lot bigger with more good questions such as their experiences before working in tanki. so roughly the questions should count about 10 I guess you are getting quite a lot of time to go on with interviews. When you get answers from the interview candidates, maybe you could edit them and lengthen them(7 days gap should be enough to edit it). making them looking like really an interview to go through at! P.S : ignore my bad english
