Which is better? Why do you think so? I think Shaft because it has enough power to one-hit light hulls and when you MU, medium hulls, although it has less visibility and mobility.

Doing this will make Shaft stupidly overpowered. There are stuff Shaft is not supposed to one-hit you know.

Depends on your playing style. If you like to defend or camp, take Shaft, but if you like attacking and hit-and-run tactics, take Railgun.

That's another thing all you Shafters need to take advantage of, Penatration Power. On double power, you can seriously damage a drugger while you destroyed its support Isida. Its all about timing and accuracy.

Everytime someone says in battle "Shaft is for noobs" or something like that, I single them out for the rest of the game, especially if they're using a light hull. Most of railguns nowadays use light hulls, so its very easy to kill them in one shot. Shaft is also good at spawnkilling, and its very effective at keeping the enemy from overwhelming us in defense, especially if I target the Hornet/Isida combos first. I joined one battle with a drugging Hornet/ThunderM2 drugger. All I needed was double power and a good hiding place and guess what, he couldnt get anywhere near our flag cuz i kept on one-shotting him, and I evern spawkilled him a few times and eventually he got so pissed he left the battle. And you people keep on saying Shaft is a noob and weak weapon.

In his rank, people may have only RECENTLY bought their stuff, and may not have the crystals/time to upgrade them. M3 Hunter and Dictator is unlocked above his rank too. If he plays within his rank group, he'll pwn.
