There is a so called ''Spectator mode'' for moderators and testers to join the battle as spectator and to control it. By the way, there is a chat command that you can use to ask for help.. It's simple, just type in the chat /vote nickname of hacker/sabotager and if you are lucky a moderator will come to help :)
