depends how you drive... if you drive staright and not moving it does has 20 kph buh.. you may think about 20m/s?(meters per second) btw.. speed increases of 50% and not 100%... So, a tank that does 10m/s will go with nitro 15m/s

And what sucks about it? well.. first of all.. gold box drops one or two times (two in massacre).. and not so many ones.. second, even crystals and supplies drop too much frequently.. third, map isn't good for CTF.. it's a mess..

You see the test isn't to have fun it's to test stuff It is fun to have M3 all guns and tank and fancy paints. Yes, trying out new maps is good to. I like the Idea with Red and Green Isida more than Orange and Blue. they closed test just for Testers , for the same reason you said now (fun on playing with ''big weapons''), test isn't fun.. it's for testing new maps, tanks, turrents and paints.. you failed..
