Or give authority to reject hacker for verified moderators. Please, give us the chance to war with hackers! If you found all ways of hacking, hackers finds new way of hacking and break you! 2012 January, 27 - The level of protection from the use of third-party software in the game has grown considerably. Update doesn't working correctly, it removes players that are not violators of rooles! That hapends: Last friday provider has problems with game - that wrote it on main page of TankiOnline, too. It was between approximately 10:00 - 15:00 GMT(+1:00). In this time I was connect to game, to garage. I manage my tank. Then I was connect to some map. It doesn't start, it shows me only clouds on sky near all screen (not map) and on right corner some numbers (debug informations). Nothing else. Next server rejected me. After this I was start server again, but that block my account. Then I send mail to helpdesk, to unblock my account. No answer comes in this time, but my account was unlocked. I don't know why (so may be bug?)? So I tought, they unblock me and I repeat previous procedure. Start the game and so on, but with the some result. So I was send mail, again. Helpdesk result next day, that "has been blocked due to: the use of third-party software that is a flagrant violation of the rules. Unlock in this case is not provided." I do not use anything software without "Google Chrome". I'm real and normal player. So I think that is Bug and during problems with game I was wrongly marked as violator of rules. KalasnikovGreat
