It's been almost 10 days since I sent an email to help@tankionline.com and still no response. This is ridiculous and I want my account back!

Yeah, and what happens if we put our info in and are already hacked? I've sent pm's to a mod and an admin, and an email to help@tankionline.com. It's been nearly a week and I still haven't heard from any of them. What can I do? I spent over a year on my account and $30. The rank was captain... Please tell me if there is something I can do to get it back.
