Probably. But, according to clanwar rules, you may not use hornet at clanwar, unless you have dealt with opposing clan on different conditions.. :)

Forget this completely! This command is available on test server only. If I get you posting this on main servers' chat - you'll get banned for flood. Regarding your question, there is no official way to degrade your rank or keep it on some level - the more you play (fnd the more efficient) - the more rank points you get. Actually, low ranks are passed within a month or two - then you have to spend much more time to get a new rank. For example: after a year of non-fanatic playing (1-2 hrs per day) I'm still colonel :)

Probably. But that depends on one's game style. For example, I prefer to use fast chassis to get flags - Hornet is quite good choise :) Before the new chassis (hornet, mammoth, viking) were released, Dictator was the best - high speed combined with lots of armor. More, Dict is still the single official tank approved for championats, clanwars etc.
