Too much vodka for the devs recently?? :) If the real problem is unbalanced battles, why don't you make it so that the difference between the teams does not grow larger than a cap? e.g. 15 mins CTF will end if one team captures more than 5 flags than the other – similar but simpler to the (unsuccessful) rules you set some months ago to finish battles early. In individual battles I don't see the point at all. If a couple of players are too strong (and /or drugging), people can any time leave and go find another battle. If the strong players overdo it (eg drugging too much) they take their chances to be left playing alone - that's fair enough. Isn't it?.
