When I do that with Thunder M1, while they are charging their shot, they don't even miss. Is it just lag?

I use Viking M0 and I'm saving for M2 Thunder. Only about 1400 crystals left till I get it. Thunder M1 did not make Railgun miss. I hope M2 Thunder will.

Reason 1: Mostly 2 shot kills for most of the tanks. Reason 2: Too fast reload. Reason 3: Extremely high knockback. Reason 4: Annoying. It's impossible for me to beat a Railgun M3, because of its two shot kills. Any tips on how to beat them?

In the lobby in tanki, there is always this vertical bar that pops out white and disappears all the time on the right side. When I click on a battle, it slows down the battle info and it takes like 10 seconds for the white bar to disappear. You know that scroll bar on the right? That is what I am talking about. How do I get rid of the bar? It is annoying me a lot. I am using Google Chrome.
