Well 3 things. Firstly as said in FAQ tanki online is developed by 'very talented people', so here's the solution to 'creating new account'. Instead of banning the nick/username ban the ip address (its not that hard, especially knowing that 'talented people' developed the game, I can do it for you if you give me an administrator pass). This will restrict hackers from creating new accounts after there original getting banned. Secondly software you're using to determine hackers, is completely useless against hackers who hack to increase xp not crystals. This is because you determine players which have higher amount of crystals earned in comparison with there time played. However some hackers play to level up and don't get any crystals at all. Solution to this is simple: you need to check persons xp increase per minut/10 minutes played. if this exceeds x amount of xp you should assume they are hackers and ban them (I know this should take some bit of coding, especially if you are using C++, python or java, but this would help gradually). Thirdly and finally I believe main threads (such as this one) are written in other languages as well as English. So please, for example if youre native Russian speaker don't come here and try and write in English, ending up with a puzzle to be figured out later on. Instead go to Russian version of the same thread. Same goes for other players from different backgrounds. Please don't get me wrong and blame me for been racist or disrespectful.
