Okay, so you don't have logs? So in other words I can't do nothing? I'll just have to be and sit and be banned for no reason? Just be honest to me and tell me do I have any options to do, other than send messages to support. (And as far as I know they won't even respond?) And please tell me even how long my ban is.. I don't know what kind of consumer protection law is in Russia, but I promise you this won't be the last time you (Tanki Online) hear from me. I can be a pain in the ass.

I think you have better contacts to admins than I do. So maybe you can try to talk someone who has power to check bans and logs (if there are logs) and that way I could get some help to my problem. (other help than comments like this). Unless support responds me, this is the only way to get some justice, I only collected some crystals. And believe me, I wouldn't have done that unless I knew it was forbidden. Thank you for even replying this threat, I really appreciate you!

or it didn't :twisted: Ah! So you can explain, why it gave me a reason "Using third-party software"? I didn't hack nor used anything, I just collected the crystals (less than 100) what dropped out. So please explain me how it didn't failed? Yes, you can now say that I am lain (lie), but it would be stupid from me to use hacks with my main account, especially when I've buyed a lot of crystals with real money. I am really pissed off, angry and disappointed. I've played very hard to get my account as a Major, and now that all is falling down. This is so wrong that when my ban is over, my score will be decreased only because you guys can't build a system that works. Sorry my hostality, but that is the truth. So, unless you can't explain your stupid comment, then please shut up. I don't need you or anyone else to insult me right now.

Can't anyone from moderators help me? I sent a message to help@tankionline.com, thought I'm pretty sure no one will respond, but I am really desperate to get a solution to this mess. I have now my holidays so it would be perfect to play.

That's my opinion too, it's not hacking. I don't know was I banned by a human or by a bot, either way this needs to be checked!

Ok, let me tell you the situation! So I was playing a round, where was three or more flag hackers. They hacked the flags all the time, and of course the crystal boxes was raining from the sky. So I though why not to take those boxes (everybody else was doing that also), so I defenced my position and took some boxes. At this point, I wasn't so familiar with the rules (yeah of course I know hostile behavior is forbidden etc.), so I didn't knew that was forbidden. Then a message showed up saying I am banned, "Use of third party software to obtain advantage in battle". Before I was banned, I managed to get less than 100 crystals. Can some moderator or admin give me answers to these questions: 1. How long will my ban last, or is it a permban? 2. Can you change the ban reason for something more realistic? You may now ask from me, why more realistic? Couple facts about me: 1. I have no idea how to hack, never tried, hopely never going to try. 2. Even if I would know how to hack, I wouldn't use it with my main account - even I'm not that stupid My main account is Levissio, it's Major, with score over 400 000. I have buyed crystals with more over than 150 euros. I know my spended money is not excuse for my behaviour, but still you can think is it worth from me to act stupid on purpose only for some stupid 50-100 crystals. Levissio was created less than 5 months ago, so you can see I've been playing like a crazy, I hope all this won't be for nothing, I still wanna play Tanki! I am totally sorry for my behaviour, and I beg you that this is not a permban. And now I'm asking admins and mods to be sympathetic, please think is it necessary to ban me for a long time of period.
