I agree with some players that the numbers of dropping crystals are less valuable in the battles. I play Tanki and agree that purchases help to keep Tanki online running since servers, hosting, and development cost money. However, your planning, designing, and implement strategies are a pain to players. People get used to what they perceive and feel comfortable with. Changes are necessary if these make players more interested in the game, not losing their interest. Having that said, players are not going to make purchases if they lose their interest in the game. Period. When changes happen, the reactions appear: whatever! --> What? --> bored --> tired --> pain --> Quit: this is what it will happen. Or with good changes: wow! --> cool --> interesting --> I love it --> I will make some purchases. I understand the challenges you (Tankionline) have but including myself, I am a part of what most players feel.
