when you're a developer and you see 100500 bugs, you come to the business side of the company and say: "Hey, let us fix all this shoot". The business side always asks: "What will be the ROI if we let you do this?" The developers always answer: "WT*? How the hell would we know?" The business then says: "Okay then we'll invest resources in something we know ROI for." That is why the bugs don't get fixed. I must say the game is not that buggy. Tanki's team seems to not know what test environments are... lame...
