If you play in close maps like Boombox or Polygon you should go with the Freeze. If you play in big maps choose Thunder. Rico is very good for middle range maps. If I was in your place I will go on with Freeze or Thunder,cuz they are the cheapest tier 2 weapons. But I have to tell you that with the Tunder in close battles you loose health. Of course if you're a hacker you should go on with Freeze. :D And Thunder is not like Rail,it's looks like smoky!
