I can't play tanki with a game controller. Steering and aiming the turret feels 100 times harder! Ha ha! I wish you could choose what variation of your tank you want to play with and fight in battles accordingly. I'd love to go back to an m0 turret and hull combo just to practice without the need for creating a second/throwaway account.

Does this game somehow have official gamepad support? I tried looking for it in the settings and couldn't find anything to suggest this. So i wrote an AHK script to remap the gamepad button presses to the letters and direction buttons for a keyboard input but the game won't accept it. :( I can type z, x, c, and space in the chat but when a battle is loaded, the only thing that will respond is the fire button. Has anyone coerced support for a gamepad? And if so, how have you done it? I play the game using Adobe Flash Player by the way.

What are you're thoughts of old maps? I like that crystals and drugs drop more randomly thought out the maps. I actually dislike the new silence map. There seems to be no tactics apart from going Rambo style because there are too many entrances for your enemy to sneak up on you.

Why lock topics? It only encourages people to make multiple topics about the same or similar subject. Why don't you just let them ramble away in their own topic? I barely see topics being locked in all of the other forums that i use. Secondly why don't you sticky a post with common questions? It would save people the time in creating topics I really don't understand how this forum operated most of the time. It's suppose to be a place for people to converse but instead the majority of topics is locked down and people are unable to freely discuss a topic.

I did the same 3 maps as you FC_ I assume that someone must know how many maps have rusty tanks. Since Silence 2, and other maps are only for higher rank players, i assume the free t-shirt is only for the higher ranked players.

New maps have been suggested by a couple of people, but the entire variety of maps available is hardly ever used. Maybe if you're bored of the maps, maybe you should start creating battles in the unused maps.

I want to say that the 4th is Alien because.....He's clue is Forrest Gump. Go to the map Forest in winters gives you the Facebook logo. You go to Facebook and the banner image is of Future. I think that this quest is interesting. Multiple answers, multiple ways of thinking about the clues, what they mean and how it all fits together. I also think it's interesting because i think that tanki are using it for their own benefit much like the twitter 'competition'. As let's be honest, the twitter 'competition' was just an advertising ploy. Tanki has made changes to a number of maps in recent weeks. I wonder if this quest is a way for them to get players to explore the variety of maps in hope that it would get players to think....'actually this map is pretty cool, instead of making battles with the same 4 or so maps, lets start making battles with other maps and make the game a whole lot more interesting'. Then they can see which maps pick up again and ditch the rest. So i foresee that this quest will take us to the majority of maps accessible to all ranks.

How has people come up with YDZERO for the third clue? I followed the Tim Robbins clue that the guy spoke about and found that he starred in the French film Noise II where he was in a war against car alarms. I see that the T-shirt competition was also a clue, and it highlights 4:25. Is this 4:25 minutes in to the film? How do the two relate? How has people managed to view the film?

I quite enjoy the map, i hope they keep a very similar version of it (minus the christmas trees) running throughout the year.
