I have contacted help, but they dont answer now

Hi all!. Recently, someone was entering in my account (Im the only one who know my password, i guess i was hacked). Then, he/she bought some staff valued in 1000~crystals, maybe that is nothing for some players, but it is a lot for me. This has happened 2 times, so I just change my password. If i ask you what can I do, you will say "help@tanki...". Ok, i contacted them. They response me the first mail, asking me a few questions. I answer them, and they have not writing me (Since 3 days ago). Also i sent a PM to BruceLunga in forum, and i have no answer. Im not questioning the mods job, Im waiting a response/refund/solution or something to this problem. Im not playing because of a possible "roll-back" in the account to get my crystals back. They can look at his database to check what i'm saying. But in this point, i have to ask other players/forum moderators...What Can/should I do? Really thanks

I know how to get them by playing lol, but most players get them in sites like these, so...but if u dont know, its ok :D

hi! I was reading the forum and i noticed that you can get free crystals with Zeevex, Matomy, Sponsorpay...but i dont know how to get with matomy and sponsorpay; with Zeevex, i cant take surveys, i dont know why, there is no survey in the list. Is any other method? Thanks

That is the cause of noob players pushing others to press "F" and conquist flag, get points, finish as first...

It can automatically find us a game, but each player like to play his own way..some poeple look for battles with certain rank limits, or with low score, or recently started. But the idea is not bad. Maybe you can use a kind of "filter" to look at the battles in the map you want to play..

Im agree with you, except this: 3. Should someone leave a game, still allow for a substitute player (s) to ensure as much fairness as possible. The game will be paused constantly, because only few players play ALL the battle.

Actually you can do more things with Railgun (like taking flags)..Altough, i saw some shafts taking flags, dont know why and how :?

When you capture flags, the point received by capturing depends of the enemies' rank

Im talking about the rating. Now the battle is equal to everyone, doesnt matter if any low-rank isida is healing marshalls, now is equal to everyone.
