I bought the supplies kit 100 of which I thought I was buying for the 50% price as advertised, but to find that I was still paying for the full price which is priced at 16 990 crystals, now, according to my calculator half of 16 990 is 8 495 crystals, why am I still having to pay full price when you have the 50% special on? This has happened to me before this is why today, 11th September, 2014, I am asking the question...and has anyone else had the same problem, cheers.

as the topic title says, i lost over 15.000+ crystals on the weekend, which i paid for with my hard earned money (obviously) it happened while i was joining a battle and before it could finish loading, the server closed and a notice popped up saying that the server had closed for maintainance, when i logged back in, about 20mins later, the servers were up again, so i went back to the garage to upgrade some armour and power cells and thats when i noticed my crystals total was 3.000 or so. after trying to get help thru here and thru help@tankionline.com, i finally got a reply 2day from the help person 2day, he gave me the steps i had already done, and then i noticed at the bottom of his email i saw this Please note that the refund of crystals is not supported by the rules of the game.... WTH? so be warned, anyone buying crystals are doing so at thier own risk, so READ the RULES carefully!

when i started playing 2day (10/28/2013) i used some crystals to upgrade the tanki, then i went to join a battle, then the server shut down...when i come back most of my crystals had vanished, from about 16,000, down to about a 4 digit number, around 5,000 crystals ( i cant remember the amount), can anyone assist me with this through pm?, thanks.
