In my opinion, if they are going to have every M3 unlock at Marshall, and they are rebalancing every modification of every turret and hull in the game, they need to have a set rank for every M0, M1 and M2 to unlock also. For example, if their argument for having every M3 unlock at Marshal is to prevent stronger M3s from fighting weaker M3s, they need to do the same for M0s, M1s, and M2s. The only reason I can think of why they wouldn't do this, is because they either want you to micro-upgrade, or because the M3 turrets are "end-game" so what you have getting there doesn't matter as much as how balanced your final purchases are. Overall, I dislike this update a lot, but will keep an open mind when it is released.

Get railgun M2. Only good to micro upgrade M3 weapons.

Sorry, that will not be happening in the near future. After they tested it, the best decision was to remove crystal boxes from the game. I really hope they don't bring them back. It brings back crystal grabbers who don't play, they only wait for crystals to fall.

This is what brings back crystal grabbers. This update encourages tankers to improve their skills instead of just their equipment.

People DO switch teams because they value a good game more than a few crystals unless the battle fund is past 5,000. I see it all the time, and it's very funny when the people who switch teams are the ones who end up winning, even if the team they just left only needed one more flag to win. I like this style more because, you have the option to leave or join a battle of your choice. You don't need an auto balance, and it would be quite hard and annoying for Tanki to make one.

I'm very very VERY happy with this update. At first, I thought the gold box falling immediately after the warning would be bad, but the golds will fall more often now, and it's almost how it used to be. It also doesn't "pause" the game for around 90 seconds. I thought of maybe just having crystal boxes have 5 crystals in them because I value a quick raising battle fund more than crystal boxes, because some people aren't able to play for the full battle length. However there are shorter battles that people are able to play to still get the battle fund at the end. I think either keep it how it is now, or if crystal boxes are coming back, don't do more than 5 crystals in them. I lean more toward keeping crystal boxes out of the game, as they attract crystal grabbers. Thank you so SO much Tankionline.

This update actually made me very nervous. I really like the idea of more crystals, and being able to plan where supplies drop, but I remember when gold boxes would fall in the same place every time the battle fund reached 700. The battle would pretty much completely pause with everyone fighting for where the gold box drops. I actually like this though because the time is not exact. It used to fall right when the fund hit 700, now you know where it drops, but you don't know the exact time. If you get too anxious and cover up the square, the people around you will simply destroy your tank and you'll have to hope that you can get back in time. Great update imo, thank you Tankionline!

I am very good with Ricochet, but had to stop using it because it got under powered. I do know how to use Thunder, but I never even had M0 Thunder before getting the kit. It has really nice damage, but it doesn't really fit my play style. Railgun does more damage per shot, and Ricochet has fast reload. Thunder is good, but it feels so weird and "in between." I think I will get M2 Ricochet, but I will make the final decision when I actually have the crystals. :)

Or just play it on your own computer? Because no one else wants that.

I now have 4,000 crystals. I want M2 Ricochet and/or M2 Railgun, but I don't know how long it will take me to get enough crystals. Should I just save forever for M3 Hornet and skip M2 Ricochet? I already have M2 Hornet, Freeze, and Isida, and now Viking and Thunder. Ricochet is my favorite turret, and Viking my favorite hull.

I recently started using Thunder and Dictator on one of my alt accounts, and am really liking it. Even when someone is right in my face, the blast usually hits the back of their hull and doesn't hurt me at all. I really enjoy Thunder and Dictator.
