Why didnt he get fined for the first time he broke the rule, sabotage??? Dont u think after getting fine he wouldnt brake the rule???? Thats why i think that its tanki`s fault too, Tanki didnt do anything until he become a marshal with 2M rank and did 100% fine... If tanki worked properly i think this list wouldnt be so long...
