That is a rubbish and defensive answer. Yes, I agree this is an answer for idiots. You can not say that you increase power of turrents and armor protection of hulls at the same time. Power of torrents is relative to armore protection and vice versa. If you double numbers on both of this paramiters you effectivly change nothing. Ok, you did not change everyting by the same multiple so some weapons get stronger and some weaker in relative terms. Never the less all M3 equipment got much more expencive regardless if they got stronger or weaker.
