I came back to this game after a few months, and now all I see are PRO battles. What caused this to happen?

This update was meant to throw off people who had worked their way to a good m3/m3 combo, or got a kit that was OP at their rank. They did this in hoped that people would spend money to get their hard-earned turret and hull back, cause the just switched some hulls around, and completely broke weapons.

And viking has stupid drift, it's not hornet. Devs dropped the ball with this update, and all common sense.

Impact force needed a nerf, but the fire rate is what makes twins, well, twins.

Twins is disgustingly boring now. I am quitting, after forking over money after 4 years of playing, they ruin the turret i got with my money. The fire rate is sluggish and it destroys the purpose of twins for suppressing an enemy by knocking their aim about. The turret is boring to play with now, and Viking is stupid, I payed for a lower speed and higher armor, not Hunter.

Should I get Minotaur, Pitbull or Atlas kit? I play alot of Noise CTF and Rio CTF.

What m2 kit should I get? I play smaller maps like noise and I am midfield/attack. I will wait for a kit to come back if I have to. I have heard that boar is good, I like dictator m2, but not rico. Pitbull is OP, and Minotaur shreds everything. Clanmates recommend Atlas for some reason? Is it really that good?

After reading all this, i have to say one more thing, I used to play a game called Castle Clash, it is a direct competitor to Clash Of Clans, it has the same concept. The game used to be good, they released troops that could be gotten by the Free to play population. They started releasing a slew of updates that all involved "Gem Only Heroes" Gems are the currency you pay real money for, the game was built on a rolling system, basically gambling, nobody really cared because they could grind the heroes without gems. Once they started doing this, people left the game and never came back, including me. This is a direct mirror to what will happen to this game in the near future, 50% more crystals was I had to hear before i closed youtube and walked away from my computer. I dont want tanki to go down the slippery slope to a Pay to Play game, but i see it happening soon....

Well, GOOD BYE TANKI. Buyers have an advantage already with kits, now you are giving them a huge advantage with premium. You have climbed out of the hole the rebalance and the updates following that put you in, and you just slipped and fell back in. All updates have been good, but this one is a one that i will not stand for.

I have been here since august 2012, i play pretty regularly, but nowhere near as much as some others play i am Third Lieutenant and i have been around for 3 years. I have Smoky m1, Fire m1, Freeze m1, Isida m1, thunder m1, twins m1, railgun m1 ,rico m1, hornet m1, and viking m1. I would like to know if there are others like me out there.

I normally play CTF on noise. I sometimes play on rRio, or silence, but mostly noise

I just need a paint. I have no specific budget, but i use mostly Ricochet, Twins, thunder, and sometimes isida or freeze. Usually with hornet or viking. I dont mind if the paint is a 1 or 2 ranks ahead of mine, i just want some reccomendations

Well, i have 9 M1's, Hornet, Viking, Freeze, Fire, Isida, Thunder, Smoky, Rail, Rico. I havn't bough one penny in this game and i have a reason why people have so many. People don't know what is right for them, guns change A LOT from m0 to m1, so it took me a while to find out what worked for me. I use Rail, Thunder, rico, viking and hornet, so it wasnt a total waste for me

Mine is still better until you get a 960 SLI, which i dont recommend. Games hate SLI and you would be better off with a 970 or 980 single

I am a mainly Thunder/viking user, i occasionally use Rico/viking or Rail/Hornet. I am looking for a good paint a may unlock on my next rankup, or even available right now. The cost is no issue, i am prepared to save for a while to get the paint
