people are abusing the system as it is right now. people such as myself find that the time, effort and items used in battle are completely wasted when the "team" kicks you out but you are active and doing absolutely nothing in violation of the rules and regulations. there should be some type of block for people to just be able to do it to let other people into the battle and reserve this option for people who are doing something wrong. i have lost time and the money i have paid for supplies for these battles to unjustly be kicked out for no real reason and there is no reason given. this sucks unless the devs can put a more secure way of discretion on this option.

If the developer's didn't want us to use them, they would not have put the packages now with the incentive of getting bonus crystals to use or the bundle of 100 of each item for a reduced price. we all can't afford to purchase them and that is a shame but there are many times that they put out more crystals to get in the games and these can go toward the purchase of the bundle. it just takes a very long time to get enough to do so. i agree to a point but it is part of the game and it does make an advantage somewhat. the different paints are a better bet with defense against the druggies though. just a thought. good luck in battle. have a good day.

in addition, i brought it to the moderators attention. he was just not very nice and i would think that by bringing it to a moderators attention, there would be some sort of documentation of when, where, why and what happened. the moderator just told me to post it here and stop talking about it there in the chat. he used some expression that i am so upset i can't think of now and the server has closed so i can't get to it but it was somewhere along the lines of what was a blabbering about or something like that. i didn't appreciate just being blown off like that.

Just a little bit ago, I was active in a battle in Silence, had isada and because the tanks that were attacking continuously were pretty strong, I was using a bunch of items that I have paid good money for to keep everyone on my team alive. They spoke another language but everything seemed to be going just fine and then, all of a sudden, I was "kicked out of battle" by teammates. There were no violations, I had spent quite a while in the battle and used many items to keep my team alive, was getting more points and about the mid-level of my teammates and boom, just "kicked out" by vote for doing nothing wrong? There were two other tanks that were just sitting there still and I was kicked out when I was active and spent time, money and was playing as a team member? Does this sound right to you? Now, why do I have to suffer a loss of all those items and time that I spent in this battle of 30 flags when I didn't do anything wrong? I am very, very upset at this . No, competely upset at this and would think that the developers would have a double check system on who is getting kicked out by the players and for what!! Especially when I was active and spending my time and money I purchased the items for and then to lose it all and can't do anything about it? Really? I would appreciate a follow up please because for as long as I have been playing this game, this is absolute highway robbery and totally and completely unfair ! Just because I don't speak their language they kick me out? I don't know but the system should not allow this to happen! What about all the items that were wasted because of this? I am totally completely not happy about this at all! I hope that someone will be getting back to me on this as I would think this is NOT the way this is supposed to work at all! Thanks, beastie408

I was just trying to figure it out because yours was pretty unique and those dominos were an excellent idea! You are lucky that you got a response from Bruce... my son is sooooo discouraged about not getting any crystals into his account when he and I both worked soooo hard on our video and the editing and everything... we have not heard anything from anyone on this.... the 3000 crystals should have been split between the accounts... I don't have the money to buy him crystals to make him feel better nor should I have to. There is no way to transfer crystals and he wants to upgrade something. I wish I could at least get someone to at least respond to us. The original instructions encouraged more than one player to do videos together yet now we have a problem that just seems to go on without any response at all.... I have absolutely LOVED playing this game and think so many great things about everything in it so I JUST HOPE THIS situation doesn't persist tooo long as it is really taking it's impact to another level when no body even responds to our inquiries and requests of applying the crystals half and half to both accounts... it is clear in our video, you tube and beyond as to our equal participation in this contest. UGHHHH... I don't want all this stuff to get too escalated but shouldn't have to spend money to make my son happy when all we expected is that any prize be split between the player's involved.!!!!! Yes you did! I have faith that the people responsible for applying the crystals correctly will come through and correct their mistake. It was supported through the rules that more than one player is invited to participate in the videos and our video clearly states both of our names as player's and therefore, I just hope they correct it sooner than later..... Great Job! : )

Hey Selena... it was a learning experience for us all, that's for sure! YouTube added an extra second to our video too and so we can all plan on that ahead of time so as to not have to go back and re-edit to allow for this to happen. I think they may have loved your video as well but because of YouTube adding that extra second, it may have just boiled down to being over 30 seconds total and eliminated you not for quality but for length.... so don't beat yourself up too bad... you have really great creative and exciting ideas... don't be afraid to utilize your thoughts and ideas in the future! Seriously.. just don't be discouraged... we all have to live and learn ... I hope this helps! Enjoy your day!

My son is the one who got me hooked on this game and yes, I did earn and try despirately to keep up with him and obtain Warrant officer 4 status on my own... we battle together and against each other sometimes and we were really, really excited to do this contest... the developers have shown their acknowledgement but we have a problem.... they did not award crystals to his account, only mine. Now, he is totally discouraged so I am hoping that he gets crystals applied to his account, even if they split the award as that is what we expected them to do... UGHHHHH I am sure it was an honest mistake and we have alerted thru PM to Bruce the problem... they are gone for the day so hopefully everything in this area will be resolved tomorrow... do they work on the weekends or should we just assume nothing will be done until Monday??? Any input is appreciated! Thanks guys!

The video part is the part that was supposed to be "unique" so I totally disagree with your comparison. After all the rest were so many hours of coming up with new ideas, his was a copy of an already made video. Not a comparison at all so your point does not apply to this situation. Thanks anyway.

Selena, I was really hoping you would get runner up... I loved your ideas, especially the dominos... maybe talking slower because you have such great accent but a little hard to understand for those of us who are not fortunate enough to live in England. I was a little worried about our American accents that can be difficult for others to follow when they are from other countries so we did ours over, and over and over until we thought it would be clear enough.... but your imagination and creativity are really great!

They should HAVE TO do something about it! This is copyrighted, illegally used material! I am sure that they would have to look into it, don't you think? I mean, it's not like they can't check on this. They can go into GEICO websites and review all their commercials, heck, they can watch American TV over their computers during the football games and see this commercial over, and over, and over....

Thank you CooperO for your best wishes but jokinari did not use his own material... I am sure the judges will be looking into this. The material is a popular television commercial for GEICO insurance here in the United States... so, it is probably copyrighted.

The one chosen for the first place prize copied their material from an American Television commercial for GEICO INSURANCE... they did NOT make this video themselves! Although all prizes are appreciated and the contest was a lot of fun to do... this is not right. I noticed this right away and figured this would be noticed but now I realize this is an American company that did all the work for this commercial that airs quite regularly and now I feel I must share this here to the moderators about this. It is something I am sure can be checked, because it is true. This person unfortunately used copyrighted material off a television commercial that airs in America. You must be told this. I had overlooked this not being clear to judges because I didn't think it all the way though because it was so obvious to me, being here in America.
