I don't know what you're trying to show in the video. Is the rebalance somehow forcing you to all be smoky + wasps? NO! Understand the definition of the word "rebalance" before you get all butthurt about it. Before, you had 3 viable hulls and 4 (really 3) viable guns. Now, there's 7 hulls and 8 guns. How does that not make the game more varied, balanced, and interesting?! You guys need to grow up and realize that change isn't always bad. You can enjoy tanki before the rebalance and after the rebalance. -
It would be like Mann vs. Machine from TF2. Nice idea.

NS battles are a joke, especially if you are at low ranks (and by low I mean under 3rd luitenant). Before I was a WO1, I saw a grand total of one NS battle, and it only had one player in it. The only other viable solution I've heard is to drug back. Well, I get at most 30 supplies a day. That's enough for maybe 15 mins of drugging a day. And that's if I don't get the stupid DCC again. It's buy or be out-bought. My argument stands. Oh, and by the way, I don't want drugs to be removed. I just want them nerfed a bit.

Nope, still as broken as the North Korean economy. When will the devs learn that a balanced game -> more players (and happier players) -> more revenue!? And a broken, unfair game -> less players -> less revenue (even if revenue-per-player is greater). This isn't rocket science... -

Eh, I don't know. I find it too easy to judge people based on their rank now (ie. not looking at threads started by super low ranking players). It's especially silly because the only real difference between the WO ranks and marshall is the amount of xp grinding. You can have an equally good understanding of the game at both levels. -
So my computer has some ghosting issues with the Tanki controls (I can't turn my turret while moving forward and firing). On the Tanki website it says: Does anyone know when this will happen? I know there are alternative controls, but that's not the same thing.

While I understand your annoyance with druggers, I don't think your proposed solution would work. Suppose the battle creator is in second place and a skilled player (drugging or non-drugging) is in first. What's to stop the host to kick that person just to get more crystals? I would suggest a few things for you: 1. Don't be afraid to use drugs yourself. 2. There are more no supply battles at higher ranks. 3. They can't really make no supply battles free, because there would be little opportunity for income from non-druggers then. It's not ideal, but I think the current system is a pretty good one considering it allows most of us to play for free. And I'm not really sure what you're trying to do kilaz, but I do know you're acting like an asshole.

This was on my second account. Quite good for a first seargent if I do say so myself. :) I got lucky with the battle, only 2 other players stayed for the entire thing, and there weren't any druggers or hackers.

Except I almost never see no supply battles, and when I do they only have one or two players in them. At lower ranks this is not a viable solution at all.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I just had to share this example from a battle I was just in. As you might have guessed, the top players on both teams were full out druggers. Everyone else used drugs more sparingly. Say what you will about ways to combat druggers, but it's just doesn't seem right to me that 82% of the crystals went to two single druggers. That's a lot of frustrated players with very few crystals, for both teams. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to continue my opinion that things should change, I'm just putting a piece of evidence out there into the thread.

I like Iran. It's fun to sneak around and catch people from behind with freeze :D Plus CTF games move quickly because flags are relatively easy to get.

I started this thread in an effort to represent the noobs and a common frustration for many of them: full out druggers. In game and on the forums I had seen complaints about this, so I thought I would try and make the case for a change. Just to clear a few things up (man I hate having to communicate just in text, it causes so many miscommunications): -I was never pushing for a complete removal of drugs. Oh god, that would be horrible. I completely agree with skitee, drugs are a dynamic addition to the game that make it more exciting and unpredictable. I was simply suggesting a nerf to the absolute domination of using all drugs at once (ie less points, can only use 2 at once, less power if use all 3 at once). -Many people have suggested to fight drugs with drugs (and sorry skitee for never answering your question). Well, the problem is as WO3 I only get 24 drugs as a daily bonus. Even if I get lucky and get all Double Damage, that's still only enough for about a half hour of fighting a full out drugger. In a longer battle, that's not very feasible. I realize that the obvious point to make is: "Well, that encourages buying!" That is true, but I think it would be interesting to analyze the income gained via drug buying at lower ranks vs the income lost via players leaving Tanki due to druggers. I realize that I made a few far fetched claims about this one point. It's possible that Tanki really isn't losing any players due to druggers. But the forum is for suggesting things, and I would suggest that people look into it and try to find the answer. All little arguments aside, I acknowledge that the sentiment of the forum and admins is that drugs are fine as they are. And I agree, the drugger problem for people at lower ranks probably doesn't warrant a mechanic change that would impact all players. I concede defeat. However, I maintain that druggers are a big frustration for many noobs, and could very likely be causing a substatial drop out in the player base. An insane amount of players in this game stop playing early on, and I think their point of view, often missed on the forums, is a valuable one for improving the game. tl;dr Yes, drugs are probably fine as they are. But I don't think the noobs of this game and their problems, including frustration with druggers, should be ignored. P.S. Thanks everyone for suggesting ways to beat the drug problem (mines at higher ranks, play in deathmatches, avoid Silence, etc.) While those suggestions won't help most noobs, many of who don't read the forum, they do help me :D P.P.S. Unless other people have more opinions/points to make, I would suggest we close this thread, as it seems it will only attract more trolls. And with trolls comes rage, which is why many of my posts here might seem quite aggressive :( Sorry 'bout that.
