Not exactly: 1. Joining the battle and playing for 5 minutes will inform you of all the opponents' equipment. Why spend 5 min if you can have the info all at once before entering? 2. Your opponents will not leave and "change to counter", because leaving the battle will erase their hard-earned score.

They have told us many times that updates will never be rolled back.

The new Freeze will be a bit more fair - the unfreeze time will be faster.
