How much does cost the maintenance of servers. How is the revenue divided, distributed, and used. I have been thinking that this whole system that incite people to pay money for purchasing different levels of hulls, turrets, paints; supplies, (and micro upgrades since a few years) was already letting the company to generate a huge amount of money. Indeed, I have not made any concrete research, neither discussed about this theme with a person who worked in that place. However it seems logic from my point of view, that at first, we should adopt a stance of questioning, whenever they make a decision that goes into the orientation of increasing revenue. Do they really need an increase of revenue ? Couldn't they have introduced new "cosmetic" and pay attention to avoid making an absurd situation, at the same time ?

It could be fine if the update was only adding some extra types color in addition to those that already existed. But it is ridiculous to delete the different color M0-1-2-3, to only keep the M0 color for everyone, even for higher versions; making colors that were previously free into stuff that have to be purshased <through a gambling system/with extra money> and that have no relation at all with the weapon's version.

You mean, you don't like new paints ? they've been adding a bunch of "new paints" during the last two years, despite the point that paint and protection relation ended (therefore the uniqueness of each paint reduced)... they add one new animated paint to buy with real money at every event, sometimes 10~15 new paints at once that have to be gotten through a gambling system

About the drug problem, you aren't aware that the complains of old players were ignored during years, until they finally put the smart cooldown system. I still remember players who were creating constructive complains. It really took a long time until SC, too long. Moreover the actual system is still not fair, buyers still has huge advantages over non-buyers: cooldowns aren't always enough, double damage and double protection are overpowered. At the same time as they removed crystal boxes, they also decreased the average amount of crystals income: they didn't double the growth of the battle fund and the gold box drop rate as they has promised.
