It's a good idea but it still is flawed. Something must be done to prevent the players with the higher scores voting everybody else, so they increase their chances of getting more of the battle fund when the others get kicked. I've been seeing this a lot! The top players vote everybody down, it doesn't guarantee the kicks, but it sure makes the probability higher. You should think of a more effective way to counter this. I think players should only be able to cast a limited amount of votes, maybe proportional to the number of players in battle. And voting abusers should be punished too!

Anything that makes you rank up "unnaturally" is bad for you. Unless you can buy enough crystals to get the weapons and paints that become available with new ranks, it's pointless. Everytime you rank up, you loose the oportunity to fight with players that have the same grade of weapons you do, you also loose the chance to train your skills, and you'll get fed up with the game sooner. Just "Work for it" is my advice.

"Tankmen, you can complain directly to the offender in a battle with the chat commands: /vote name_of_offender. Your complaint will be sent, and a moderator will come to the rescue!" This auto-message still appears in the chat window from time to time.

Good update, just one thing missing, a filter for "no-supplies battles".

The rewards are too low, compared to before. The inhability to make clear progress on guns and hulls will give most players the notion of going nowhere. It's understandable that Tanki devs want more money, but i think you guys earn more money through high number of players rather than trough the few "big spenders". All players get eventually fed up with any game, and this way the large numbers will just drop. The ones investing money will get bored sooner, and the big network of players that kept bringing new players into the game will decrease it's size. The "donkey" needs to see the "carrot" at the end of the stick to keep on pushing forward.

There are lots of languages spoken here, I think it would be great if you could find some way to improve communication. A couple of ideas: - Making it possible to use copy/paste on chat, so you can at least google for translation. - Creating an "universal" iconical language with simple symbols that could be used in battle. Examples: Using ctrl+1 on chat would produce a symbol of a blue flag with a red tank going for it, meaning "our flag is under direst attack". Or ctrl+mouseclick on same team player name, would print out his/her name on team chat. Or ctrl+i meaning you require assistance from an isida. I guess that any tank player can think up of lots of symbols that would come in handy in battle, either as a "shortcut to typing" or as means for communication between players who type different languages. Any effort conducted in this direction would enable this game to also becoming a tool to connect different nationalities in a very positive way even beyond the game itself. It might even (in time) dilute the need you obviously feel to keep different language versios of this game. (All this beacause i can't read/undersdtand russian :D)
