Don't normally comment on Topics or threads but I feel this update isn't fair on xp/bp players. I along with many other tankers only play xp/bp and now can't earn missions. Seems kind of unfair for the genuine players who have supported this game for years.

I don't get the point to this thread. As stated in a previous post, no one is forcing you to report violators but in the interest of the community and making it a better/safer place for all of us, the process to report them is there for the ones who want to use it. Moderators don't particularly like to spend hours going through reports as we'd rather be on the lobbies dealing with issues that happen in real time but you've got to remember the number of servers on the game, number of games on the servers and number of players in them games vs the number of moderators. It's not an easy feat to cover everything but there normally is moderators active at all times of the day just maybe on different servers. Regardless if you're a moderator, admin, game violator or player we are all one community and the only way the community can grow is by everyone helping eachother to make tanki a fun, safe and enjoyable place for all.

We don't use our authority "just because we can". Moderators don't join games just to ban people, We join them to play just like everyone else. We shouldn't be seen as the police who assert our authority as we don't want that image. We are there to help make the game an enjoyable experience for all. If someone is swearing in the chat then of course we will try and prevent that as children play this game and it's not a nice thing to see in chat when playing a game. I see no need whatsoever for people to swear. The English language and other languages are so diverse and there are many ways of expressing how you feel without having to use profanity. As JL6H said, People shouldn't feel the need to swear regardless if a moderator is in the game or not. Someone shouldn't influence how you act in a game by just entering. I know many players who are not moderators that support our efforts and appreciate our efforts to make the game a nicer environment for all to enjoy. Just because one person doesn't get offended by swearing doesn't mean everyone else won't Whether a warning is issued or a ban depends on the context and the severity of the text. We don't just say "hey I don't like this person" he/she deserves a week. It just doesn't work like that. We have rules to follow and procedures to follow in regards how we act and what to do in certain situations. A moderator will only ban if he/she needs to and we prefer communication if at all possible. We don't think we're "god" we are here to benefit the users of the game and not personal gain. We do have guidelines on how to act and which bans to issue and we cannot and do not choose whatever we feel like giving. This isn't the image we want. We want to help users and when a ban is issued it is never personal or out of spite. There is always a reason behind it and we have strict guidelines to follow. As JL6H previously said if you feel a ban was issued unfairly you can contact the chat administrators and they will investigate further. Good morning, Although I'm not aware of this particular incident, moderators do what they feel is best for the community and we're there to communicate with players and not only warn/ban. We do have administrators who ensure that our bans and warnings are fairly given and although we can make mistakes, these mistakes are normally noticed by the moderator and corrected. In regards your warning/ban, Public discussion isn't allowed as this can cause disagreement among the community and we prefer to treat all bans and ban appeals/ Questions in a private manner . Since I started, I have never been banned. I was warned once for flooding when I first started and had two automatic floods but other than that my karma is squeaky clean

Player has been banned for a week. Reason: Banning someone for that amount of time is just pure evil edit Player @Mobster01 has been banned for a day. Reason: Them Symbols are horrible

Player @Mobster01 has been banned for a year. Reason: Making my eyes sore with that gibberish above
