Oh sorry, I have one more question. Are the looks of the tank going to change?

I know what's going to happen when the rebalance is released, I was wondering if ALL of your crystals are refunded ( because recently I used by crystals and I want then back ). Also, I was wondering when the rebalance is released, do you start at private rank or keep your rank but over in your garage is M0 wasp and M0 smokey again? Thanks for reading this! :D
