I could not get up dynamic shadows aswell but i fixed that by leaving automatic graphics quality left blank and then dynamic shadows smoother particals etc should pop up if not then your graphics card does not meet the requitements of the D shadow so unfortuantely you guys cant do it that means unless you get a better graphics card hopefully Tanki fixes this problem for low end gaming computers (even though i have a laptop which isnt really good with gaming and mainly for work thats how i fixed it and found it and to fix sudden drop of FPS then just download game booster search it on google/youtube to download it because i dont have link to its website thats should help with lag problems hope this helps best of luck)
