ok i get it that isida not get points for healing but what about some times can't hurt enemies and sometimes can't heal team mates?

Can someone tell me why isida is like broken afer rebalnce; no points for healing, some times can't heal team mates some times can't hurt enemy (tested on diferent modes, diferent maps)
