FederalBureauFBI - do you report any of the comments on this Forum to your managers ??? Or are you entirely independent ? Just interested to know if this Forum is looked at by the people that make and develop Tanki ?

I think Tanki has decided it no longer needs its current customers - how else can you explain its total disregard for the overriding anger, frustration, despair, players stating they won't be spending anymore money on crystals and even players stating they are leaving the game forever ? Tanki is a business at the end of the day and I feel they want new 'fresh' customers who will spend lots of money starting from Private and buying the new tanks, hulls and paints. They don't seem to care about any of its present customers who have spent substantial amounts of money, fought long into the night in battles, and gained years of experience with their favourite combination of tanks. But as with any business, the reputation of the business is extremely important. With the rebalance it has seriously damaged its reputation. It now needs to address its customers NOW and state exactly how it is going to address these problems ......... or else players will leave and never come back. Over to you Tanki..........

The Russians aren't all happy .... a few translations from their site - " Sorry for all of us. Because this is not a game that many of us have come to love. BUT! Fellow tankers! Rebalance will bring us back to the real. Family, loved ones and just life waiting for us!" "And right now ... pff ... pathetic !" "In fact, we got a complete nonsense" " I just now will not invest money in it!" "Developers Well thank you for that, now just do not play!" etc., etc.,etc.,

The rebalance had meant I've gone from 1st Lieutenant to Lieutenant General - a move of 7 (SEVEN) ranks - overnight !!!! I always played the game with the intention of getting to Marshal one day but for me it was the fun and excitement of moving slowly up the ranks that was the fun part. If I had a good game and gained a lot of points then I felt I was achieving something because I was steadily creeping towards the next rank and, ultimately, the top spot of Marshal. Instead, I now find myself deflated because there is very little to aim for now. And my M3 hornet and M3 freeze has disappeared to be replaced by M2 viking and M1 smokey !! Tanki could have done this rebalance a lot, lot better. They could have spread the weapon, tank, and paint upgrades over the various ranks more evenly with small price increases between the ranks. This would have made people more likely to have accepted that they'd lost their beloved M3 combination because they'd have seen that with each rank came a new paint or weapon or tank upgrade.
