good day.I faced the same problem as well.the rather unfortunate thing is no matter how many times issues are brought to the developers attention nothing gets done.for example i have been playing for 3 years,they had in game lags then and they still have now lags now.this is the main reason I stopped spending money in the game.frankly I am not impressed with the customer service.Hopefully this will change soon.i guess one can only hope since I really like the game.just too many problems.

test servers don't work.Cant play a game without it going off line.Can this be fixed ?

i hope its because of a good update ,perhaps they will bring back the old shaft ;)
