The rebalance sucks big time... i had Dictator M2 and Rail M3 and lost them. None of the hulls and guns NOW can raise at the same level. I'm fighting, as other ppl said, with noobs that don't know anything about strategy and are happy to get really powerfull guns with no effort, whatsoever. Increasing the speed of hulls means that you won't roll back from the rebalance? If this is the case... count me out of your game.
