Note: Sorry if this has been suggested already, I don't read forums a lot. As of now, the paints only help to protect against certain weapons. I think it would make sense if they also boosted certain weapons too. For example (P = protect, B = boost): Inferno paint - Firebird (P) 30%; Freeze (P) 40%; Twins (P) 12%; Firebird (B 20% Zeus paint - Firebird (P) 50%; Freeze (P) 25%; Smoky (P) 25%; Twins (B 30% Winter paint - Firebird (P) 5%; Thunder (P) 18%; Railgun (P) 5%; Shaft (P) 38%; Freeze (B 30% Needle paint - Ricochet (P) 20%; Smoky (P) 48%; Shaft (P) 25%; Shaft (B 30% The examples make sense because: -Inferno looks like fire, so it should boost firebird. -Zeus looks like electricity, so it should boost twins. -Winter looks like snow, so it should boost freeze. -Needle is good for snipers, so it should boost shaft. There are probably more good examples; I just listed a few. Let me know what you think.

i agree. i believe it is the makers trying to get you to buy crystals because you can't possibly get 1100 crystals from just battles
