Noob question really. There are things called kits you see, it allows you to buy items before the items normal unlocked rank.

Isida OP: if you think isida is op the i recommend you either become a isida user or get isida paints, thats just pointing out the obvious, now to be honest i really think that isida is kinda strong but hey what is the micro-upgrades for, a good turret against isida IMO is firebird or if you prefer freeze, i found that a lot of the time you win face to face combats against isidas, just make sure you unlatch yourself first by either freezing them then back off out of range or if using flame the just charge towards them and sideswipe them, only the very skilled isidas know how to stay latched, it is a tricky maneuver and requires good driving skills.
