Also remember that your computer need to collect the data from tanki. big amount of data, files, and document in your laptop makes your laptop couldn't collect any data from tanki and that causing your computer to stop collecting data to prevent any damage to your computer. That's a lag. Try cleaning your cache and cookies plus refresh. Don't forget to turn off the anti-virus. It will block tanki data from getting into your computer if you let it turned on

so I have another account for back up account that attached with my email. But it's been along time since the last time I played with it makes me forgot my username since lot of people using the typical name with mine, and when I ask to help@tankonline.com from my email that attached with my account they ask my username instead. All I can do is just face palmed, I ask if they can check an account that attached with my email but they ask me the username that attached with my email. Help?
