I understand but when I open the config.xml with word it literally just shows a bunch of pink boxes running down like this.

I was referred to en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=170809 but it hasn't solved all my noobish problems. When I open up the "Config" file with word as it says to input my own paint, instead of text all I see are pink boxes saying "colormap" and "texture" etc. I am unable to put the "<colormap file="custom_textures\YOURPAINTNAME.jpg"/>" line in. Thank you for any help

mammy m2 or smoky m2? I know common knowledge dictates turret first but smoky m2 is unlocked really late, is really expensive, and mammy 2 is a HUGE improvement over mammy m1, whereas smoky m2 is an improvement but not as great.

well if I high rank puts in about 50,000 crystals in tickets, they have a 50% chance of losing and if they win they double their money so I think it's fair. If it gets to the point you spend like 80,000 in a 100,000 jackpot, you're not gaining that much anyways and risk losing a lot. you could also have separate lotteries with different prize pools/ticket costs for different ranks.

So I have an idea. Let's have a tanki LOTTERY! Here's how it would work In the garage, there is an option to buy a lottery ticket. Tickets are very cheap, only 1 crystal apiece. Anyone can buy any amount of them at any time, and when the total amount of tickets bought reaches, let's say, 100,000, the winnings are given out! 75,000 for jackpot and some other smaller prizes for around 10-15 people. Your chance to win the jackpot/other bonuses depends on how many crystals you buy. Owning 1 out of the 100,000 tickets for the jackpot will give you a 1/100,000 chance to win it, but buying 1,000 tickets will give you a 1000/100000. The smaller prizes will also be given out accordingly. What do you guys think? I think it'll help some people a lot

do people actually use thunder at higher ranks or is it like due to the massive amounts of thunder-protection paint no one really uses thunder?

What paint to buy? I use Smoky M1 + Mammoth M1 I enjoy DM and TDM I have about 10,000 crystals to spend (new terms) Also, is smoky+mammoth good at higher ranks as well? or is it outclassed by thunder+mammoth / smoky + hornet?

Smoky/Mammoth or Isida/Hornet? I know Isida+hornet will be cheaper, but I like smoky/mammoth more. Which to picK? (I already have smoky m1 and mammoth m1, along with isida m0 and hornet m0) Also, how noticeable is the difference from isida m0 to m1?

Ok so I'm not at a high rank yet but from what I see in higher rank games there may be players who pay for lots of crystals and can afford to drug 24/7 and I think it really ruins the game for people who can't afford to drug all the time :( I want ot spend my crystals on new turrets and hulls, not drugs just to keep up with other druggers!

I'm not even sure it's actually true. The russia nlink in these general forums seems like a potential scam as the link to the supposed test server does not match the link of the official tanki test server. The site also asks for email, nickname, password etc.

Confirmed on a russian post. All crystal boxes will have 10x the value and battle funds will go up at 10x the speed! our prayers have been answered! EDIT: beware of a possible scam. The link of the supposed test site is not official looking.
