By placing a laser sight on shaft you would essentially make it useless. Noone's supposed to see death coming. The whole point of shaft is to be a sniper, usually well hidden behind cover. Without concealing your location, which the laser beam so kindly points out, you won't typically live very long. Then there's the fact that shaft will get almost no kills. Noones typically going to drive into an area where a laser beam is shining, causing the shaft to get less kills. The new update will effectively make shaft useless, except maybe in keeping tanks out of a certain area. But still, the shaft user gets almost no points and therefore no crystals. Shaft is perfectly fine the way it is and doesn't need to be changed.

Exactly what is the point you are trying to make? Of course there are less players playing on mondays and tuesdays than there are playing on the three previous weekend days.

Maybe crystal drops should be limited to free for all modes. That way if someone just wants to collect crystals they can do so without hurting their team.

This is great! Of course the buyers will rage, and of course claim they've somehow been wronged. "We buyers keep this game alive" Maybe, but the advantage buyers had was waaaay too massive. It's not fair to everyone else when the ONLY way to win is to spam drugs. It became a drugger game, skill meant nothing. Looks like Tanki is working on changing that, thank you Tanki. Might be time to blow the dust off of my tanks as well :D. And for all of you saying you'll leave, just do us all a favor and to it then. No need to spam the forums with posts that are most likely just idle threats. Good day. -
You're welcome, glad I could help :)

The information you need should all be here: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=163430

I think the URL's on Tanki's website might be messed up now. Could you try this one and see if it works? http://tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?config=c1.tankionline.com/config.xml&resources=s.tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=en When I change the URL's color (I got it from a different thread) it turns into a link which is why it's black and red.
-
The link (at least to server one, I haven't tested the others) in the help section on the main page has this URL: http://tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?v=10&config=c1.tankionline.com/config.xml&resources=s.tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=en When I use the above URL I get an error and it never loads. The URL that you gave, however: http://tankionline.com/AlternativaLoader.swf?config=c1.tankionline.com/config.xml&resources=s.tankionline.com&lang=en&locale=en is different and DOES work. I think that might be the problem. The URL's aren't the same.

That's a really nice cake. It's just too bad that it will (most likely) be eaten. :'( Of course, that is typically what cakes are for...

A lot of games have restrictions based on age due to laws which prohibit the collection of certain information from people under a certain age. Oftentimes the age of 13.
-
Hmmm well it doesn't make much sense to even add the rule then because you are subject to those rules no matter what your age. Typically when you play a game you agree to all of the rules and terms in their EULA regardless of age. (Some games don't allow you to play if you are under 13 years of age.) If that's indeed what the rule means I would think it should just be removed or reworded to avoid confusion. This is actually a totally separate topic so I should probably PM a mod to avoid thread-jacking

Well the rules state: The forum and chat are for people of the age of 16 and older. When the User passes to a forum or in a chat, he or she confirms that he or she is 16 and older. So does this mean we can't use the chat and forums if we are under 16 or is it just a suggestion? The rule states that you confirm that your are 16 or older if you use the chat or forum. I would just like some clarification on the rule. Thanks.

No, I multiplied smoky's damage by 2 to make up for the reload time and it still came out lower than the thunder. Smoky doubled: 64.9 Thunder: 73.8 I used the average of the damage shown on the weapons charts.
-
On average the smoky does 32.45 damage while thunder does 73.8 damage if they are not facing distance penalties. Even if we double smoky's firing speed, which isn't on the stats sheet anymore, it reaches and average of 64.9, which is still lower than thunders damage so thunder is still stronger.

I'm fairly certain that the first answer is definitely not factory. I think that was just the map where another clue to the answer was found.
