I WOULD JUST LIKE TO CONGRATULATE TANKI ON TRICKING ALL THESE NAIVE PLAYERS TO TRULY BELIEVE THEY ARE IMPROVING GAMEPLAY. HOWEVER, THIS WILL ONLY INCREASE THE GAME'S REVENUE, AS PLAYERS WILL BUY CRYSTALS FOR MICRO-UPGRADES TOO, NOT JUST FOR M1, M2 OR M3 UPGRADES. I'M VERY SAD TO SEE THIS HAPPENING TO A GAME OF THIS CALIBER. :excl:

Dear Tankmen, There has been a lot of talk about this newest update, Update 123. Many thought beforehand it was just a way for Tanki to make more money. However, the mods reassured us over and over again that it was simply to make the handout of crystals in the battle fund democratic. People, after trying the game after the update, have noticed something; crystals (now in boxes of 10) seem to fall way less often! Accusations have already been made of a hidden dagger in this supposedly good update. So I call upon the mods to explain this phenomenom, show us your reasonable and fair explanation. How Crystals Fall (pre-update 123): There is a chance a crystal will fall every time the battle is increased. Each map has a specific chance that a crystal will fall. For example, Polygon has a 6/6 chance that a crystal will fall, meaning an increase in the battle fund spawns a crystal. A map like Combe has a 2/6 chance for a crystal to fall, and that is why players hardly ever collect any on that map. (If you are confused, others have explained this previously to me, so take a look at their explanations.)

I completely agree; beautiful pics! Also, I quite enjoyed the article on crystals, so I was wondering if a future issue could feature one on gold boxes. Great job on everything.

Not much to do with the actual topic, however, I suggest people who really know English write everything for the English community, as there are so many mistakes all the time. :huh:

I thank Tanki for correcting my lag problems, though so far none of these other things have come true, like the servers being able to hold 5000 players. Is this going to happen in the future, or has it fallen through?

I myself have just bought a smoky M1 upgrade during this sale, however I express I'm disappointed. As many have already stated, Tanki is focusing mainly on encouraging people to buy smoky since the rebalance. Although it would not be a good idea to do a 50% discount on most other guns (especially one such as isida), I hope that this marks the beginning of a sales on many other guns/hulls, though all at different ratios, of course.

I have two main points to make, but first off I would like to say I understand why Tanki is doing this, even if I dislike it. 1. This is an incredibly unfair update for anyone who prefers sniping or in general uses large tanks - yes I do know that the battle fund increase makes it generally the same - and that after this mammoth and titan will become almost non-existent as people will be rushing around for the extra crystals at the beginning, if only for the superficial appearance of being rich. 2. This is not Facebook or Twitter, it is a game, not for socializing. An update like this simply helps players who care little about the actual game, encouraging them to continue to play and ruin the experience Tanki has to offer to the other players. Overall, I must agree this seems to only benefit Tanki, and not it's loyal fanbase, who seriously care about the game.
