Nice guide, notch. My skill lies with the rail as well, but till I get it upgraded, I have to potter around with the isi... I think what really makes the railgun so fun and rewarding is the fact that it is a challenge to master. There's no fun in guns that require no skill. When you have truly mastered your weapon, you not only have a physical advantage over those who haven't, but also a psychological one; it's hard to explain but that's what true mastery is all about.

I'm pretty sure you and I are the only ones in this place that are educated (at least enough to write a grammatically correct sentence). I think tanki should impose an English test on all forummers so as to weed out those who cannot spell worth a damn (much less be coherent in what they are trying to say), and get rid of those million useless and incoherent threads that clutter up this place.
