I currently use Google Chrome which is updated to its most recent update so that is not the problem. I have just tried it on FireFox and it works perfectly, so I am certain that me deleting 'cookies and plug in data' is the problem. I'm not too sure how to get it back to normal??

Bro, i support you.... Suggestion from me?? Well, i have an idea that may prove your innocence... 1) Find the website that you clicked on 2) Show the date that you went on it and do this via your history (as long as it is before the time you got banned, it should be fine) 3) Give them your I.P address (this will help them see that it was not you who was logged into your account, and instead the other person) 4) Give this evidence to help@tanki I really do hope this helped and i wish you all the best :)
