Even ping and tracert showing 'timeout' :o :o :o

Hi Tankers, Since 1 Jan 2017 whenever i try to get into tankionline i am getting a message "Cannot establish connection (host: ports: 15222,15223,14444,15190,15050). I am on the same network and same PC which i been using for the last five years to play tankionline. I have attached the screenshot for reference. Please help me out guys.....

I tried everything, but no use. I tried to use different browsers and even stand alone flash player. All showing the same error message.

Dear Tankers, From yesterday evening i cannot play Tankionline. Whenever i select a server it shows a message that reads "Cannot establish connection (host: 37.48.74.163, ports: 4444,5190,5223,5222,5050)" ( see the attachment) and the page will not load. Please help me. I am from Kuwait and i have been playing ever since Tankionline came to existence.

From yesterday whenever i try to join a battle this error message is poping up and i can't get in the battle. Does anybody know how to solve this error?
